1) A free tax advice line :  The initial consultation is designed to understand your position, not to provide detailed technical tax advice or planning without a formal engagement.

2) A Help desk service : If you are completing your own self assessment and require ad-hoc guidance on specific tax questions, we would not be able to assist on a piecemeal basis. We either act as your appointed accountant or provide a structured advisory service.
