Fairfax Tax and Accounts was established in 2013 (wow, that's gone fast!) to provide small to medium size business an “outsourced” accounts department.
We provide assistance to businesses from bookkeeping to year end accounts and tax returns.
We began our journey from a small town in Leicestershire and now have clients all over the country.
We can undertake your internal finance function requirements, enabling you to concentrate on running your business. Our team is experienced and trained in all the main accountancy software providers: Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, VT, Kashflow and others. The service is tailored to suit your requirements.
We work remotely however we do have a high street location in Oadby, Leicestershire to enable clients to pop in when they need to see us face to face.

New FCA Rules for Buy Now Pay Later
Unregulated Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) agreements will fall under full FCA regulation from 15 July 2026. For the first time, BNPL lenders will need to meet the same expectations as other consumer-credit providers. With almost 11 million UK adults using BNPL in 2024, according to an FCA survey, this is a significant change.
